Our founder's passion for building began at a young age. He was drawn to custom architecture and originally planned to pursue a degree in design — until a chance opportunity changed everything. Through a connection his wrestling coach had with a local project manager, he spent time on a construction site assisting the management team. Watching that transformation inspired him to study construction management and dedicate his career to turning vision into reality.
After graduating, he moved to the United States and, like many with international experience, had to start his career from the ground up. He eventually grew into a project management role with Florida’s largest general contractor, where he witnessed firsthand how often new home construction projects fall behind schedule or over budget — not because of poor intentions, but because of misaligned expectations between the owner, builder, designer, and authorities. In fact, studies show that over 70% of residential construction projects face delays or cost overruns, often due to a lack of clear, centralized coordination.
That realization led him to establish Fidara Consulting Group, a South Florida owner representation and construction management firm dedicated to protecting homeowners’ interests at every stage of new home construction and home remodel projects. By coordinating every detail, managing all stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution, we bring clarity and control to even the most complex builds.
